For those of you who didn't bother staying up until 11 on Sunday night to catch the San Diego American Idol auditions (damn football overtime), Fox is rerunning the show on Tuesday at 8 p.m. CTV Two is following suit, also re-airing the show at 8.
I won't be watching it over again, but you can find my original recap...

Well hello, Pittsburgh.
The so-called City of Champions produced some contenders on Thursday's episode of American Idol, but it also piqued my interest in Season 11 in a way that Wednesday's episode did not.

Fox announced late Tuesday that it will "allow fans -- for the first time in television -- to cast votes for their favorite finalists" on Twitter, which...

A report about commercials on broadcast TV reveals how much advertisers are likely to pay for 30-second ads on reality shows that are airing this fall and next spring.
Ad Week reports on the ad prices "using data from as many as six different media-buying agencies and other sources, found that some spots in 'Idol' were going for as much as $640,000," but notes that "prices should...

The Voice coach and Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine has criticized American Idol for refusing to do what his series did easily and without difficultly: letting gay contestants be open about their sexual orientations.
